Subscribers of excellentstreamz can watch local football games on the channels: Bally, DirtVision, Sky sports, Bt Sport, BBC sport PPV, BEINSPORT, NBC, CBS, ABC, BTN, FOX, FS1, ESPN and other channels... . Local and national channels are available to watch live in your area.
Can I watch live TV on multiple devices at the same time?
Our Streamz subscription allows you to watch up to SIX screens Every subscription Can go to Six connections. If you want to take advantage of our Streamz subscription simultaneously you will get a discount for the Forth and Sixth Connections.
What are the payment methods ?
We accept Venmo ,Cashapp , Zelle and Credits Cards Thru Square Trade.. Everything is done in an ultra-secure way via our service providers.
Do we need vpn when using iptv service?
Using a VPN is not mandatory, but if the customer wants a secure connection secure with vpn you can do it , you have just to tell us the vpn connection country so that we can change the location of your iptv subscription on our servers.
Is it possible to pay an ExcellentStreamz subscription for someone else with my card?

How does it go after paying my Streamz subscription?
In order to assist you, we will contact you by email within a maximum of 120 minutes after your payment.
My channels are not working?
We make sure to provide you with a high level of service at deeply discounted rates. So please keep that in mind first and foremost.
If a channel is down, we'll do our best to get it back up and running. Please use the guidelines below before reporting a channel:
Stop and give it a few minutes. We reboot and swap channels if needed. The channel may be coming back.
Does this happen on all channels? If so, you need to check on your end.
Turn off your devices and wait 30 seconds before turning them back on (set-top boxes, Android boxes, routers, cable modems).
Make sure you are connecting using LAN (Ethernet) cables to the devices and not via Wifi.
Service Troubleshooting
Service Troubleshooting Did you have buffering issues with your previous service providers? Buffering is caused by various things. Please follow the below directions: 1. How fast is your current speed? Download an app called speed test. You need AT LEAST 40mbps of constant speed for this service to work efficiently. 2. What device are you using? Firesticks will buffer. This is due largely by their processing speed and limitations of onboard memory. Please see recommended our devices. 3. How much storage is available on your device? If you do not have enough on board storage, your device will slow down. For firestick users, follow these steps: Go to main screen of your application. Go to settings highlight/select My firetv highlight/select about select storage. If you have less than 1gb of storage, you need to free up some space. 4. Is your modem/router in one box or 2 boxes? Combo boxes are not preferred. This is due to their inability to distribute bandwidth equally among all of your devices. For example, if you have 100mbps speed, whether your kids are using their ipads or not, the bandwidth is distributed equally and not based on demand. Smart Routers are preferred because they distribute bandwidth based on need. 5. Who is your internet service through? If you have ATT/Comporium or sometimes xfinity, most likely, you will need a vpn for this type of service to work. Please see #6 for VPN. 6. Are you being throttled? If you reset your modem/router, and your speeds are still poor, try installing a VPN. IT IS GOOD TO DO DAILY MAINTANCE FORCE STOP, CLEAR CACHE AND RESTART YOUR DEVISE AND ROUTER AND MODEM TO HELP OUR STREAMZ RUN SMOOTHLY ALSO DELETE ANY UNUSED APPS OUR STREAMS ARE HIGH QUALITY AND NEED MEMORY TO RUN!!
